Erase the stress from the work week and start the weekend off right with a weekly group Pranic Healing session Open to Calm: Heal & Reduce Stress & Anxiety. Stress and anxiety adversely affect the health and wellbeing of many. In these 1 h weekly group healing sessions, Kathryn uses Pranic Healing to cleanse obstructions (specifically related to stress and anxiety) from and then energizes participants' energy fields to bring them into balance. The sessions will include an invocation for healing, the healing, and closing gratitude prayer. Participants who are unable to make the live healing session can receive the healing remotely or also watch the recording. Participants also receive pre- and post-session tips and affirmations to assist with their healing journey. This group session is best for those who believe in a higher power; are willing to let go of stress/anxiety, change the way that they view themselves, others, and the world around them.
Grief is sometimes not our favorite emotion to deal with. Sometimes we sweep it under the rug and ignore it, trying to carry on to hold ourselves together. If left unprocessed grief can dampen our ability to feel joy, which can cause us to feel like the shell of our former selves following a loss. Grief can also be an opportunity for great transformation. If you've experienced grief, gone through your mourning period, and are ready to embrace life and inner-joy more fully, then these weekly healing sessions are for you.
If you find you are more tired or get sick more easily when it is cloudy for an extended period of time or during the fall/winter months, then this course is for you. We have energy centers in our bodies that absorb energy from our environment. If these energy centers are bogged down or not functioning properly, they have more trouble absorbing the energy that we need when there is less energy available in the environment (i.e., when it is cloudy/overcast for an extended period of time). This weekly healing session is to cleanse and repair those energy centers so that you can stay energized and healthy throughout fall and winter.
