Erase the stress from the work week and start the weekend off right with a weekly group Pranic Healing session Open to Calm: Heal & Reduce Stress & Anxiety.
Stress and anxiety adversely affect the health and wellbeing of many. In these 1 h weekly group healing sessions, Kathryn uses Pranic Healing to cleanse obstructions (specifically related to stress and anxiety) from and then energizes participants' energy fields to bring them into balance. The sessions will include an invocation for healing, the healing, and closing gratitude prayer.
Participants who are unable to make the live healing session can receive the healing remotely or also watch the recording. Participants also receive pre- and post-session tips and affirmations to assist with their healing journey.
This group session is best for those who believe in a higher power; are willing to let go of stress/anxiety, change the way that they view themselves, others, and the world around them.
